The Streamlined Selling System, 4.0 is Zurich’s comprehensive F&I sales solution consisting of thirteen individual modules. Following the Road to the Sale, this training takes both new hires and seasoned veterans through a well-defined, easily understandable step by step process. Finally, these modules include valuable insights into the psychology of selling as well as a series of F&I best practices designed specifically to generate more revenue, keep dealerships compliant and ensure customer satisfaction.
